Pricing disclosure

We publish our prices because families deserve to compare and decide without pressure. This page explains exactly how those prices work.

What a published price is

• Package prices include everything listed under that package on the pricing page — no compulsory extras.
• “From” prices are the real price of the least expensive option, not a teaser.
• All prices include GST, except items marked GST-free (certain government and doctor’s fees carry no GST).

Third-party fees

Cemeteries, crematoria, celebrants, clergy, florists, doctors and the registry set their own fees. We pass them on at cost, identify them on every quote and invoice, and never add a margin to them.

Your written quote

Before anything is confirmed you receive an itemised written quote: every line, every quantity, the GST treatment of each item, and the total. The final invoice matches the quote unless you ask us to change something — and any change is confirmed in writing first.
