Blessed & Divine Funeral Directors (ABN 00 000 000 000) respects the privacy of the families we serve, the people we care for, and visitors to this website. We handle personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles.

What we collect

To arrange a funeral we collect information about you (contact details, relationship, payment details) and about the person who has died (identity, health and death information required by law, cultural and religious preferences). Website forms collect only what you type into them. We do not buy, sell or trade personal information.

Why we collect it

• To deliver funeral, repatriation and related services you ask for.
• To meet legal duties — registering deaths with NSW Births, Deaths and Marriages, cremation permits, and consular documentation for repatriation.
• To communicate with you about arrangements, invoices and services.
• With your consent, to publish an online tribute — only the details the family approves.

Storage and security

Records are stored on systems hosted in Australia, encrypted in transit and at rest, with access limited to staff who need it. Staff accounts require multi-factor authentication. We keep records only as long as the law and our retention policy require.

Who we share with

Only those needed to deliver the service: doctors, hospitals, the registry, cemeteries and crematoria, consulates for repatriation, payment processors, and our secure service providers. We never share for marketing.
