These terms cover your use of this website and, in outline, how we provide funeral services. Every funeral is governed by a written arrangement agreement signed before services are provided — that agreement prevails over this summary.

Quotes and prices

Published prices are indicative and itemised quotes are provided in writing before any commitment. Third-party fees (cemeteries, crematoria, clergy, doctors, government charges) are passed on at cost and identified as such. Prices include GST unless marked GST-free.

Payments

Payment terms are stated on each invoice. Multiple contributors may pay toward one account. Prepaid funeral money is held in an independent, government-regulated funeral fund, not by us — see the prepaid disclosure.

Website

Content on this site is general information, not legal or financial advice. Online forms create an enquiry or a draft arrangement only — no funeral is confirmed until we speak with you and an agreement is signed. We may decline content submitted to condolence books that is unlawful or hurtful.

Australian Consumer Law

Our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these terms limits those rights. Complaints can be raised with us directly at hello@blessedanddivine.com.au, and with NSW Fair Trading.
