Questions families ask
How soon can the service be held?
Most services are held five to ten days after death. If family are travelling from overseas we can plan for longer, and care for your person until then.
Can we hold the service somewhere unusual?
Often, yes — clubs, gardens, community halls and homes can all work. Tell us the place and we will make it happen if it can be done.
What does the celebrant cost?
Celebrants set their own fees, typically $450–$600. Clergy usually receive an offering, which we can guide you on. Both appear as their own line on your quote.
